When will I receive my order?
The Wild Fig Collections take 7 -10 working days to be made plus shipping times, these are handcrafted in Northamptonshire.
Personalised gift ranges are made by small independant business throughout the UK. They use their own couriers, delivery times may vary depending on which product you’ve ordered. If you have ordered multiple items on one order, they may arrive at different times.
Most of our items are dispatched within 5 -7 working days plus shipping times. This can increase at busy times of the year such as Christmas. *busy periods lead times may increase - ie Christmas
*please note if orders are placed Friday afternoon or over the weekend, then your order will be processed on Mondays (exc Bank Holidays) - please note our leads times are for working days only.
We are only open Monday to Friday.
Approximate shipping times (excluding processing) for different locations are as follows:
UK: 5-7 Business Days
USA & Canada: 10 -30 Business Days * at times this can be delayed due to US Customs and can take 60 days
Europe: 10 -12 Business Days
Australia: 12 -20 Business Days
ORDERS FROM THE USA AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
Orders are shipped from the UK, therefore packages can sometimes be delayed at customs which is out of our control. US orders seem to be held at customs lately, US buyers please allow upto 60 days for delivery. We cannot be held for responsible for dispatched items that are held at customs. We are also not liable for any custom charges your may incur.
Taking delivery of goods is entirely your responsibility. If you are unable to take delivery and the goods are returned to us we will arrange redelivery at your expense. In any event, the delivery charges are non-refundable.
Your order will be sent to the address stated at Checkout * please ensure correct at time of ordering, we cannot send to an alternative address.
Can I Return My Items If I Change My Mind?
Personalised items cannot be returned, please ensure you provide the correct information and spelling.
You can return any non-custom items for a refund or exchange , (postage will not be refunded) your non-custom item must be in its original condition (tags still intact) and returned to us within 14 days of its purchase date. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate your return.
If tags are not intact or packaging has been damaged we cannot accept returns, as item may have been worn and therefore cannot be resold.
Buyer is to cover the postage cost to return the item to us, (we recommend recorded delivery) We do not offer free returns at present. We are a small business and to keep our costs to a minimum.
In the unlikely event you receive an item which is damaged you must contact us by email at [email protected] within 24 hours after the day you received the goods.
Please note that personalised goods, can only be returned where the mistake or fault is ours, if you have caused the fault by incorrect information input then we cannot replace or credit, you will need to purchase the item again with correct details.
Non- personalised goods:- you must return the goods, with your proof of payment, and ensure that your return reaches us within 14 days of the date you received the return code.
A replacement product will be sent out to you once we receive the damage/faulty item back.
In the event of a product being returned for a refund in accordance with your statutory rights any and all free gifts must also be returned. Failure to return the free gift will result in you being invoiced for the full RRP and this amount will be deducted from any credit. (all goods must be returned in original packaging and unworn, all tags must still be intact within 14 working days).
We advise that items be sent using recorded service with item reference number capable of being tracked and traced on-line, with sufficient value transit insurance (you must retain stamped proof of all this), we cannot be held liable for loss or further damaged goods on their return to us.
